Questions
- Do I need a plan to enter competitions or join a team?
- No. Entering competitions, weekly challenges, and team brackets is free for everyone and stays that way. The paid plans change how many teams you can belong to (1, 5, or 10) and add depth to your stats, not entry.
- Does my whole team need Ultra?
- No. Every shooter's plan is their own, and anyone can join your team on the free plan. Team analytics come with your own Ultra plan; your teammates don't need one to compete with you.
- Should I subscribe on the web or in the app?
- Either unlocks the same account everywhere: your plan follows you between the app and my.rangerivals.app. Subscriptions started here on the web are managed from Account & Billing; subscriptions bought inside the app are managed through the App Store or Google Play.
